I've been an active computer enthausiast since i bought my first computer (a Sinclair ZX-80) in High School (Year 11) - some twenty years ago now! I've been playing with them for business and pleasure ever since! For the past six years I have been teaching a variety of computing subjects at the Illawarra Institute of Technology and playing on the net. The net is kinda addictive and I've found it more economical to just leave the connection on almost permanently... even if I am asleep or away from keyboard so if u see me on-line don't be supprised if I don't always talk back. On a personal level I made a mistake a couple of years ago and now have a daughter Rosemary Jarman, who I have seen three times. After signing the birth certificate and making an agreement over access Miss H. Technau (MeoW@pt19-60.term3.bluep.com/meow@c16412.brodm1.vic.optusnet.com.au) disappeared, along with my daughter. I have recieved no information directly from her since. So much for equality. The Child Support Agency now claims maintenance from me on behalf of this Heiding woman until the child reaches the age of 18, based on a percentage of my gross income. The only power it seems I have is the power over my own employment; so I'll work two days a week till some form of family justice is available. Denying me any input into my childs development is not in the best interests of the child, I'd describe it is a violation of Childrens Rights or a form of child abuse, so I'm going to have a fabulous garden. Historically women were discriminated against; today in terms of family law I've learned the hard way that its men and their children that suffer the injustices. :( So I live in relative poverty. At least by Australian standards. My village Cringila is well known as an industrial working-class area, but I am proud to live here. I spend much of my time in my backyard with my garden, fruit trees and chooks. As does my little black friend "Osama" oops i've said too much already... Why is it I'm getting a couple of grey hairs? mmmm Women! thats it! I guess I still have much to learn in life. What was it they said on 'Cheers'... "Women can't live with them... Pass the beer nuts"! |
